There is so much talk about mental health and wellbeing right now, with the Covid-19 pandemic thankfully moving it up the agenda for many organisations and employers.
Emotional intelligence is one of the keys to wellbeing. By prioritising, and developing the skills associated with emotional intelligence we can protect and promote good mental health and wellbeing and help to create the right environment for others to do so too.
