What, where and who?

The Conference is taking place on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 May 2025. It is held at Manchester Central which is in the city centre and easy to reach. Find out more here.
The Conference is for insurance broking professionals and those who do business with them. In 2024, we were delighted to welcome 9,616 registered attendees – our biggest show to date!
Where can I stay whilst attending the Conference?

Can I watch Conference sessions virtually?
No, The BIBA Conference is a live, in-person event. We can’t wait to see you there!
What is the dress code?
We encourage all delegates to dress in appropriate business attire in keeping with the spirit of The BIBA Conference.
I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
Manchester Central and The BIBA Conference is designed with maximum accessibility in mind.
Our complimentary lunch offers dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut free and halal options. Please do speak to the serving staff on the day if you are unsure. Additionally, do note The BIBA Conference cannot control or monitor hospitality offered on individual stands.

Is there a cloakroom?
Whilst a complimentary cloakroom facility is provided for delegates, due to security reasons we kindly request no large items of luggage are brought into the venue.
Is catering provided?
Yes, all delegates are entitled to complimentary lunch from our five catering points around the Exhibition, featuring various different cuisines from around the world.
Registration
When does registration open and how much is it?
Registration is now open and you can find the prices and ticket types here. All staff of BIBA member broking firms can attend the conference and exhibition free of charge on both days. All staff of FCA registered brokers can attend the exhibition only free of charge on both days.
Can I pre-register for keynote and seminar sessions?
Yes when you register you will be given the option. Alternatively, you can edit your registration at any time to sign up to a session. Please do be advised if there is a session you’re really keen to attend, arrive early as seating on the day is on a first come first served basis.
Do I need to bring ID?
When you get to Manchester Central please have your registration confirmation email with QR code ready to show security staff and please bring a form of ID with you that matches the name you registered with (bank card, drivers license, office ID is fine).
