The BIBA Fringe Programme is an exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to give a 30 minute presentation or workshop on a subject of their choice direct to delegates. For the first time ever, the Fringe Stage will be set in the bustling and vibrant Exhibition Hall! The Fringe agenda will run throughout both days and the platform will deliver excellent brand visibility for your session.
We have a selection of high-impact profiling opportunities available around the venue ranging from aisle banners and carpet tiles in the exhibition hall to direct people to your stand, through to billboard size blank canvases for your company branding…and everything in between! Starting from £750 + VAT, on-site advertising is a fantastic extra you can take advantage of.
Outside the venue we have 4 designated spaces where exhibitors can organise and create an outdoor display to make a great first impression to delegates coming into the show. The forecourt of Manchester Central is always bustling throughout the open days and is a great option if you would like that extra profile at the event.
Quiet areas at Manchester Central during The BIBA Conference are hard to come by! We have a limited number of private meeting rooms exhibitors can exclusively hire for the 2 days to conduct meetings in the privacy of your own room.

We have a number of storage areas available in three different sizes, located at the back of the hall which are available to exhibitors for 2 day hire on a first come first served basis. Whether you need to store 30 boxes or two, we have the right sized storage space for you.
