With 11 regional offices across the UK, we’re committed to being close to the communities you serve and to giving you access to real, local decision-makers who understand your market.
We’re proud to have maintained a 5‑star rating in the 2025/26 Insurance Times Commercial Lines Survey, and last year, brokers voted us Number 1 Software House Insurer for the third year running – recognition that means a great deal to us.
At the same time, we’ve continued to invest heavily in our digital capabilities. We’ve enhanced our platforms to give you faster, smoother access to underwriting decisions; strengthened our use of data and AI to boost efficiency; and built even greater flexibility into our systems so we can adapt quickly as market needs evolve.
Broker feedback shapes our strategy, our priorities and our improvements – from product enhancements to service developments and digital upgrades. When you tell us something matters, we act on it.
These awards and innovations reflect a strategy that remains consistent and clear: combining local expertise with digital excellence, underpinned by strong broker and customer‑centric propositions. And that focus isn’t changing.
