Packages to suit all sizes and budgets
We have three stand options; Shell Scheme stands from 3m x 2m, larger stands available as Space Only and if you’re new to exhibiting at The BIBA Conference you may wish to consider our Show Ready package which includes everything you need. Shell Scheme
These are available in various sizes from 3m wide x 2m deep and are the ideal option if you have your own pop-up or similar display system.
The shell scheme package provides an enclosed area made from white melamine walling, ready for you to dress. The shell scheme package includes:
- Space rental
- Modular shell scheme with white melamine walls
- Grey carpet (alternative colours available at an additional charge)
- A package of two x 500 watt (2 amp) 3 pin socket outlets and two x LED spotlights per 6 square metres of space* (up to a maximum of 8 sockets and spotlights)
- Illuminated lightbox displaying your company name and stand number attached to the stand fascia board
- Electricity consumption*
- Stand cleaning
- Complimentary delegate place/s (according to stand size) allowing entry to all conference sessions and lunch on both days
- Places for your stand staff (according to stand size) to include provision of lunch (but not entry to conference sessions)
- Listing on the event website and associated opportunities
- Use of the Conference app
- Opportunity to appear in on-site publicity materials
- Opportunity to communicate with delegates once pre or post event (at additional charge)

Show Ready
A great value option for companies new to exhibiting, travelling from further afield, or those just wanting to make life as simple as possible! The Show Ready package includes your choice of Shell Scheme stand size and all the items included in that option PLUS:
- A full seamless graphic, offering an uninterrupted display around the shell scheme walls (produced from your artwork)
- Hire of a furniture package comprising table, seating and literature rack (for stands under 12sqm) with more furniture for larger stands
The stand will be set up ready for your arrival – all you need to bring is your staff and your marketing materials. For more information and costs please contact us.
Space Only
A Space Only site offers exhibitors the chance to design and build a bespoke stand using their own contractor. The Space Only package includes:
- Space rental
- Two x 500 watt (2 amp) 3 pin socket outlets per 6 square metres of space* (up to a maximum of 8 sockets)
- Electricity consumption*
- Stand cleaning
- Complimentary delegate place/s (according to stand size) allowing entry to all conference sessions and lunch on both days

Space only sites are costed at £863 + VAT per square metre.

Exhibitor Emails
When registering for The BIBA Conference, attendees can choose to subscribe to exhibitor emails.
This means that we can send a HTML email on your behalf to all registered attendees who have chosen to subscribe.
With a great open rate, this gives you the perfect way to advertise your products and services directly to those attending before or after the event.
Meeting Rooms
Quiet areas at Manchester Central during The BIBA Conference are hard to come by!
We have a limited number of private meeting rooms exhibitors can exclusively hire for the 2 days to conduct meetings in the privacy of your own room.
‘The Broker’ Magazine Advertising
BIBA publishes a quarterly magazine and in May we have the special Conference edition. The magazine is handed out to delegates throughout the Conference and published digitally for BIBA members so is an unparalleled opportunity to advertise your exhibition stand. Storage Areas
We have a number of storage areas available in three different sizes, located at the back of the hall which are available to exhibitors for 2 day hire on a first come first served basis. Whether you need to store 30 boxes or two, we have the right sized storage space for you.
