iCAN is the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network. We are the first UK-based, industry-wide independent network that supports multicultural inclusion and progression across the insurance sector.

We have now grown to over 14,000 members and are supported by 60+ organisations from across the industry. We have three main programmes: mentoring and training (iCAN INspire), recruitment and careers (iCAN Apply), and iCAN Connect – our support service for organisational DEI strategies including Employee Resource Groups.

We host regular networking, business and cultural celebration events and have recently expanded outside of London to our regional hubs in Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Ipswich, Leeds and New York.
