Olamipo Adeola
Olamipo Adeola is a dynamic insurance professional and Deputy Manager, Corporate Communication & Branding at Scib Nigeria & Company Ltd. She previously served as Membership Relationship Manager at the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, where she managed engagement with 800+ brokers and strategic partnerships with global and local organisations including BIBA. She was the youngest co-opted member of the Insurance Industry Consolidated Council’s Planning Committee, where she led the industry’s first CSR initiative, benefiting over 1,500 internally displaced persons in Nigeria. Olamipo champions women’s leadership, youth empowerment, initiatives and industry inclusion. A certified communications strategist and JCI leader, she continues to drive impact across Nigeria’s insurance sector through innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven initiatives.

Donna Scully is the joint owner and director of Carpenters Group, the UK's leading provider of insurance and legal services. The firm collaborates with insurers, brokers, and MGAs to deliver a variety of fully outsourced claims solutions. As a lawyer and seasoned public speaker, Scully frequently authors industry articles on topics such as fraud, reform, and other issues impacting the insurance and legal markets. Donna actively contributes to the industry as a member of the editorial board of Modern Insurance Magazine and as the chair of the Insurance Times Fraud Charter group. Donna is passionate about social mobility and making a positive impact in the community. She serves as an ambassador for Fans Supporting Foodbanks and a mentor for The Girls’ Network and The Insurance Breakfast Club.

Bavita is a Solicitor with over 30 years of experience as a leader and strategic partner in the insurance sector, spanning both private practice and FTSE 100-150 companies. She has successfully built and led legal service businesses by focusing on innovation, collaboration and doing things differently. Bavita remains an advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion and committed to supporting the next generation.
